Hamilton Financial Network  understands that few people were taught at home or school about financial matters.  It is usually after one has gotten over their head in debt that they seek advice or help from a professional.  The baby boomers are in the home stretch to retirement. It is very important to have more sources of money beyond just the social security payments they hope will be there in the near future.  We (HFN), teach financial literacy.  That means is being educated about money. It  is just as important as going  to college.  We go to college to be valuable to our society, have a good life for ourselves and our families.  Financial literacy is even more central to our survival in this country. 

Hamilton Financial Network sees money as a "tool", a means to an end.  Money is the universal tool throughout the world.  When we understand what the "tool" is and how to use it properly, we as a people will no longer be victims of not having enough resources. By learning financial literacy we become wise partakers of the abundance that is everywhere in this country.

Our company is headed by De'Borah Rogokos, CSFP. She has over 22 years experience and knowledge in the financial services industry.  Her background includes being life licensed for 22 years and having her property/casualty license working in the individual markets, working in employee benefit markets for the last 17 years, has specialized in employer sponsored supplemental retirement plans. She has extensive background in all aspects of insurance, both in business and personal financial planning.  De'Borah Rogokos is entrusted with taking care of several small businesses and their employees for key benefits.

Ms. Rogokos has had a client relationship  with the California Public Employees Retirement System, CalPERS organization for the past 10 years working as their consultant.  She promoted the CalPERS supplemental pension retirement plan, 457.  Through group speaking presentations, De'Borah increased participation signifcantly with the rank and file of employees.  She provided educational workshops to people unfamiliar to the "concept of compounding of interest" and asset diversification. There was one consistant thing she noticed throughout her covering the territory of Southern California.  And it did not matter what the  title, age, gender or income level was of the employee.  There is a  need for financial education and understanding how money works. Financial literacy is greatly needed by a large percentage of Americans.

We need to know the "secret".  Hamilton Financial Network believes that getting educated in financial literacy  will take away the fear of the unknown.  Learning about money can be fun and being financially literate will lead us all to the promised land, economically speaking.
