We are building one of the best property management companies in the California region, by combining 20 years experience in real estate and property management education. We are able to provide our customers and they’re clients the optimum landlord tenant relationship. We will assure this by adhering to the most strict rules and regulation set forth by the Department of Real Estate, California Consumer Affairs and the California Business Code of Ethics.
Objectives
- Our primary objective will be to add another income stream to our parent company, A-One Brokers Real Estate & Mortgage
- Increase our visibility to our current target markets and crossing over into new markets
- Provide our clients with a one stop shop in superior real estate and property management services via full-service or a verity of customized services
- In crease our profit potential by using our current assets with out using new capital purchases
- We will be marketing from our consolidate data bases, word of mouth and print advertising
- We will provide 24-7 building maintenances through our sub-contractors maintenances providers accept for our 19+ or more units apartments they will have on site mangers
- All of customer’s will be provide up front contracts with out any hidden clauses, we want to build trust
- We will provide monthly and yearly, the most accurate accounting statements from are trust accounts.
- Take clients on a one to one needs bases, every need is not the same
- We will price two different ways, Full service(trust account), Customize services(billing out side trust accounts) for separate services
- Our current forecast is to have 100 unit on the books by one year from launch
