About me is really about “US” This Book Club came into existence by a mere visit. In the fall of 2008 I (Davis) went one day to visit my friend (Taylor) and with me several books I carried. These books were all by African American Christian Authors. When I arrived and presented the books she (Taylor) was over joyed!!
It turns out that she loved to read! Well a few books turn into more books and more books turn into our desire to spread the love of book reading. Not just any kind of books but books that uplift and inspire; books that entertain and have a message of hope and love; books written by African American Christian Authors.
In January 2009 Kingdom Readers Book Club was birthed!
