Is a consultant skilled at consulting with clients to spell out and analyze their financial situations and develop strategic solutions to further their financial planning goals. A consultant with comprehensive knowledge of and experience in utilizing array of financing programs.
Since 1989 I have solicited mortgage loan applications for refinance of commercial and residential real estate. I have performed all phases of finance from initial financial analysis thru loan closing. I have developed and presented ‘Stop Paying Rent’, my presentation for First Time Homebuyers, educational and religious groups.   For your business purposes, since 1977 I have prepared commercial loan applications with all needed exhibits and analysis including marketing and pro-forma statements. I have developed proposals for your start-up or business expansion. My book ‘Government Assisted Small Business Loans’ was published 1984, and is a 300 page training manual purchased and used by Commercial Banks and non-profit Business Development Organizations for training and analysis, and Public Business Libraries as reference material.
I understand a banker’s perspective, having contracted to performed financial analysis of an active mid-sized bank. Further, I was recruited on campus into the competitive Bank of America’s Commercial Loan Officer Training program. I completed this intensive classroom and on the job training to become loan officer. For the Public sector, I worked my way through Business School with the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Business Development and Lending Officer.  I have arraigned business Statrt-up and expansion financing utilizing SBA direct and SBA Guaranteed bank loans. I provided pivotal input from the idea stage through loan closing. I have solicited business organizations, banks, and community groups to participate in SBA loan programs by using product knowledge to illustrate benefits of using SBA programs from each perspective. I developed appropriate financial projections, marketing and organizational analysis while engaging and supervising on call subcontractors to setup initial accounting systems, marketing studies, develop projections, etc., to maximize production effort. I have prepared entire loan proposals and made presentations to loan review committee with all necessary exhibits to bring to light the best of the entrepreneur.
