In addition to Positive Upgrade (www.cafepress.com/positivupgrade2), I am the owner and instructor of Community Upgrade, a health and safety instruction service. Community Upgrade will soon provide its services within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and will offer the following:

Infant, Child and Adult CPR

First Aid

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Babysitting Class

When I'm In Charge (for children who spend time unsupervised)

Part of my mission is to increase the numbers of African-Amercians who get trained to handle emergencies.

It's easy to get trained. I can come to you. All you need is four to 12 individuals and a space appropriate for adequate teaching and skills practice; this could be at your job, community center, church or even your home!
