Our long-term goal is to raise funds to strengthen our Nation’s African American communities. We plan to build AAMAN Community Centers, Retail Businesses and Employment Centers Nationwide.

Our goal is to create inclusive communities by examining our own biases and prejudices; discover ways to dismantle stereotypes; build lasting cross-cultural relationships; learn ways to peacefully resolve conflict; and become allies for one another. Engage in honest dialogue around issues of difference (race, culture, faith, class, age, appearance and ability). Gain a deeper understanding, appreciation and respect for people from all cultures, races, and religions.

Express compassion and empathy in people’s personal and professional lives. Encourage local government, businesses and professionals to discover new ways to create a safe, welcoming, respectful and an inclusive workplace and environment.

Together by connecting these resources to people and organizations with fresh, exciting ideas and expertise, we believe will strengthen and revitalize our neighborhoods and communities.
