AAMAN's Mission is to aid in securing the financial growth and security of its members and the African-American community. We will commit to this process by developing resources for investment, capital and personal growth and by broadening our cultural identity. We shall maintain guidance of the institution of AAMAN at all time without exception. Our principal objective is to provide high quality, professional planning, development services and employment opportunities for minority and at-risk youth through collaboration, assistance, and coordination with local units of government, organizations, and citizens throughout the Nation. To enhance minority and at-risk middle and high school youth’s probability to attend college and or secure gainful employment after graduation; thus, increasing both their and the community’s vitality and quality of life.
